We’ve built our rental structure around supporting couples who want their celebration to unfold across Friday, Saturday, and Sunday on our 50 acres in Warwick, Maryland.

Friday Access for Setup and Rehearsal

Your Friday access from 12 pm to 5 pm serves two purposes: setup and rehearsal. You can deliver decor to the barn, arrange details without time pressure, and walk through your ceremony at one of our four outdoor sites. Our on site venue manager is available during this window to answer logistics questions.

The Manor House becomes your rehearsal dinner location on Friday evening. The formal dining room, bar room, and brick floored porch overlooking gardens create space for your wedding party and immediate family. You’ll coordinate catering separately from our preferred vendor list, which includes Jamestown Catering, T & M Catering, Sherms Catering, Bayside Bull Catering, Chesapeake Inn Catering, Savor Catering, Mission BBQ Catering, and Toscana Catering.

Overnight Accommodations Keep Your Weekend Together

The Manor House sleeps up to 16 guests across six bedrooms, with four bedrooms on the second floor and two on the third floor that show original beams from 1683. Modern bathrooms provide comfort. Your wedding party sleeps on site Friday and Saturday nights, which eliminates morning coordination about arrivals or traffic delays.

Hotels are 10 minutes away for additional guests, and we have a Manor Home and Cottage available for rental nearby. Saturday morning, everyone gets ready together in the Manor House. The sitting and breakfast room, a reception living room, and bedrooms all become preparation spaces your photographer can move through naturally.

Saturday Covers Your Full Celebration

The Manor House foyer, sun porch, and rooms with fireplaces offer beautiful indoor portrait locations before your ceremony. The expansive foyer can comfortably accommodate your entire wedding party. For your ceremony, you’ll choose from one of four outdoor ceremony sites across our 50 acres. We provide seating for 200 with white padded chairs, a tent, and a backup generator for weather protection, as well as an ADA-approved luxury restroom facility. After your ceremony, guests will move to the cocktail hour patio, while the fountain garden near the barn and the wooded glen provide scenic photo opportunities. The celebration continues with your reception in the barn, where the space can be customized to fit your style for a memorable evening.

Sunday Cleanup Extends Your Wedding Weekend

We handle cleanup by Sunday at 3 pm for weekend weddings. You’re not responsible for coordinating vendor pickups or packing rental items. If you want to host a day after brunch for out of town guests, the Manor House dining room and sun porch are available Sunday morning before our team completes cleanup.

Your wedding party wakes up on Sunday in the same bedrooms where they stayed Friday and Saturday. You can gather in the sitting and breakfast room, say goodbye to extended family, and leave when you’re ready.
