How Long Do You Have the Space

Your booking includes 12 hours of venue rental time, covering setup, the ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing under one reservation. For weekend weddings, we also build in Friday access from 12 pm to 5 pm for setup and rehearsal, so your florist, and wedding party aren’t racing the clock the same day you’re walking down the aisle. Our cleanup service wraps by 3 pm on Sunday for weekend weddings, so you can leave the celebration behind and start your first days as newlyweds.

What Seating and Tables Come With Your Rental

We provide ceremony seating for 200 guests, so if your guest list falls at or under that number, your seating is handled from the moment guests arrive. For the reception, your rental includes 200 Chiavari chairs with cushions, plus 200 white padded chairs for ceremony seating.

On the table side, you’ll have 20 reception tables, each a 60 inch round built for indoor use. We also include a wooden sweetheart table, five cocktail tables for cocktail hour, and two wine barrels. Between the tables, chairs, and accent pieces, your rental covers the core furniture layer of your reception without you needing to source it separately.

What Bar Setup Is Included

Your rental includes a wood bar as part of the barn setup. All reception alcohol must be arranged through the venue’s in house bar company, so that piece of the evening is coordinated directly with our team rather than an outside vendor. 

What Happens With Restrooms and Accessibility

We include an ADA approved luxury restroom facility as part of your rental, so guest comfort and accessibility are already built into the day. You won’t need to rent a separate restroom trailer or worry about accommodating guests with mobility needs.

What Spaces You’re Actually Renting

Your booking gives you the reception barn and the granary barn, the two structures that anchor your event. We also include a cocktail hour patio, giving your guests a defined space to gather before dinner starts, and use of the property for engagement photos ahead of your wedding day. If weather is a concern, your rental also includes a tent and backup generator, so a contingency is already built into your booking.
